I feel so honored you are here and am so excited at the prospect of being your photographer. From the moment you reach out, I am dedicated to getting to know you on a deeper level so I can deliver my utmost communication, guidance, and creative energy. After you inquire, we will set up a phone call where we can go over your questions and see if I’m the photographer for you!

Do You Have a Question?

How many images will we receive?

You can expect around 50-70 images per hour of photography coverage. All images will be delivered in color, and at least 10-15% will have a black and white duplicate (unless you request more of course!).

How and when will we receive our images?

You'll be able to access your images via an online, digital gallery where you'll be able to download your images right to your phone or computer. There is also a print shop attached so you can print your photos right from your gallery!

You'll receive a sneak peek gallery within one week of your day, and the final gallery will be in your hands within 4 weeks.

How do payments work?

For all bookings, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The retainer amount comes out of your total package price, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your date for weddings and elopements in the USA, and 60 days before your date for international destinations. The remaining balance for smaller sessions is due the day before.

How do travel fees work?

I bake all of my travel expenses right into the overall package price - this means no extra math or surprises for you!

Do you travel often? Where are you based?

Yes, absolutely! Traveling is a huge passion of mine and where I find most of my creativity and inspiration.

I'm based in Rochester, NY but most often work in other areas of New York State such as the Catskills, Hudson Valley, and Adirondacks. I also frequently travel throughout the US and internationally! You can see where I'm traveling next here.

Do you photograph anything other than weddings and elopements?

I also occasionally photograph smaller sessions such as couple, maternity, and family sessions for those who appreciate my candid style and approach. I do limit the number of smaller sessions I take on each month as to give more of my energy to my weddings and elopements.

Will you photograph our wedding weekend?

Yes, please! Wedding weekends are some of my favorites because they give me more time to spend with both you and your loved ones. I work best in an environment where I feel integrated and can better appreciate everyone's unique personalities and relationships.

I have a special package just for full service or all-inclusive wedding weekends anywhere in the world. Fill out my contact form to learn more about what I can offer you and what the experience is like!

Do you help in the planning process?

Absolutely - in any way I can. I've been to a lot of weddings and have a lot of expertise in what makes for both good photography and a seamless experience.

As soon as you're booked, I'll send an in-depth planning guide and request from you any additional vendors or resources you need help with. If you haven't yet chosen your location or venue, I can send suggestions or even put together a customized location list. If you need assistance with styling, I'll happily design a few styling concepts or coordinate with your other vendors to ensure the most flattering photography.

Why is a phone call so important after we inquire?

I prefer a phone call with everyone who inquires with me for a few reasons! The first and most important reason is simply to see if our personalities and values align. Hiring a wedding photographer is such a personal and important investment, and it takes a lot more than a dollar sign or look at portfolio to know who the right person is to capture your day.

Besides getting to know each other better, the phone call gives us an opportunity to talk through any questions you have and go over what I can offer you in more detail. Hearing more about your wants, priorities, and frustrations will allow me to better tailor my offerings to meet your unique needs and will give us a better picture of what services are best for you!

These calls are always fun and never pushy, and in my opinion are even more important than seeing a pricing menu!
